CANCELLATION, PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY ON SERVICE

(Note: This policy is tailored according to our business service terms.)
 

Cancellation Policy :
All cancellations shall result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid.

 

Cancellation Fees:
If the customer reduces the renovation amount by more than twenty percent (20%) from the original quotation, the Company reserves the right to impose a design consultation fee calculated as follows:

  • RM 10.00 per sqft for residential design

  • RM 12.00 per sqft for commercial design
     

Refund Policy :
All payments made are strictly non-refundable.

 

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Goods :
All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

 

Breach of Payment Terms :
In the event that the payment terms of the contract are breached, the Company reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any ongoing work until payment obligations are fulfilled.

 

Process for Cancellation :
To cancel any service or project, customers must notify the Company through the official communication channel provided in the agreement.

 

Changes to Project Scope :
Any changes to the project scope, including reduction in contract value, are subject to review and may incur additional charges as stated above.
