We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.

This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or https://www.newman.my/. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, https://www.newman.my/ may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.
Payments
All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard or online payment methods.
Payments cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.
PROJECT TIMELINE
The estimated project timeline from client engagement to completion of both the design and renovation stages is as follows:
1. Design Stage
The design stage, including full detailed drawings and 3D drawings, typically requires 1–2 months, subject to project scope, revisions, and client approvals.
2. Construction / Renovation Stage
Estimated construction durations are as follows:
- Residential (Condominium): Approximately 3–5 months
- Residential (Landed Property): Approximately 6–8 months
- Commercial (Shoplots & Offices): Approximately 2–3 months
3. Timeline Disclaimer
All timelines stated above are estimates only and may vary depending on project complexity, authority approvals, material lead times, site conditions, variation orders, and other unforeseen circumstances. Any changes or delays affecting the project schedule shall be communicated accordingly.
