After spending 2–3 years in the ID industry, I realized that Interior Designers in many firms rarely get the opportunity to learn and experience the full A–Z process of a project. In 2018, I started my entrepreneurial journey with one goal in mind — to build a platform where Interior Designers could truly grow, and where their rewards would be fairly aligned with their abilities and efforts.
n 2020, I began building a team and introduced Kazuo Inamori’s philosophy: “What is the right thing to do as a human being?” This value became the foundation of Newman. Newman is not just a place to make a living — it is also a people-centered “school of character,” where personal growth matters as much as professional success.

- Coordinate on-site resources and personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Report and resolve on-site issues
GRAPHIC & MARKETING
Responsibilities:
- Create marketing and promotional visuals
- Manage social media platforms
- Develop marketing copy and content
- Enhance overall brand identity and image
